AV Support Booking Process

Please complete the below form to capture any AV support requirements you may have.

This form should NOT be used for booking the theatres, as that is controlled by ACC.

If you are unable to access the form, please email your requirements to av.support@adele.edu.au.

They will need:

• The date(s) of your event(s).

• What location/theatre.

• If two-way comms are needed.

• If it is needed to be recorded.

• Any additional requirements (Lapel mics or similar)
