EShare Troubleshooting
Confirm that EShare app installed
Users must have the EShare app installed.
This is available from eshare.app and is available for Windows, Android, Chromebooks, and Apple iOS/Mac devices.
Confirm EShareServer Settings:
Press the Home button on the front of the Commbox.
Go to “Apps” and select “EShareServer”
3. Select the cog/gear in the bottom right corner.
4. Ensure the PIN code is disabled, as shown.
Multiple screen is a user choice and can be split (2 Screens) or quad (4 Screens).
5. Select close and test connection by opening the EShare app and connecting to the IP shown at the top of the CommBox.
